If the product is out of stock we will advise you by e-mail and place your order on back order. You may cancel your back order at anytime.
Returns & Exchange
Maternity Direct strives to provide you with a quality product and we are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it to us undamaged to receive a full refund or exchange as set out below.
- Unfortunately postage costs are not refundable.
- Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange swimsuits or knickers we do exchange bra’s.
Carefully repack and return to the below address the product to us in its original condition with all original packaging and ticketing within 10 days of receipt. Please also complete and enclose our Returns Form (enclosed in every order we send). You can also download and print the returns form (pdf format – you may need to right click on the link and choose “save file as…”)
