How do I make a purchase?
Purchase by Credit Card
Click on “Latest Products” to browse our range of products. When viewing individual products, you can click on the image to view an enlargement – each product will have a detailed description to help you with your choice.
Select your relevant size (please click on the sizing guide icon for measurements) then click the “Add to cart” button to send your chosen items to your shopping cart. For multiple purchases please click on the “Continue Shopping” link to select another product.
When you have selected all the items required click “Go to checkout” in the sidebar, or “Checkout” from the main menu at the top of the page. Fill out your details and click on “Credit Card” as your payment method.
Our website credit card payments are processed by PaymentExpress (DPS) for your security.
You will receive email notification once your payment has been received.
Payment by Internet Deposit/Cheque
Choose your products and proceed as above. When you’re ready to check out, choose “Internet Deposit/Cheque” as your payment method.
You will receive an order confirmation via email, including instructions on how to make your payment.
Once we receive your cheque or internet payment, we will ship your order.

At Maternity Direct we have the utmost respect for our customers privacy. Any personal information collected will remain confidential.

Can I make an order if I live in Australia?
Yes we have lots of customers in Australia. You can either pay by credit card or direct credit. We have an Australian bank account so you can also pay by Internet banking. You can also pay using pay pal or e-mail your order through. E-mail us direct at maternitydirect@clear.net.nz and we will be more then happy to place your order for you.
How much is postage?
Postage is a standard $6.00 (within NZ) no matter how many items you order. So the more you order the cheaper the postage is for you per item. Prices for other countries are calculated at check out.
Do you have a retail outlet?
No. To provide our wonderful preggie woman our affordable prices we don’t have the costly overheads a retail shop has. Our shop is totally online but we do exchange or refund.
Do you do gift certificates?
Yes if you would like to send a gift certificate to a wonderful preggie friend, wife, sister, daughter, cousin and don’t forget we have nursing clothes and accessories for new mums. Go into accessories and click on the $ amount you would like to send or if its double the $ amount add two lots to your shopping cart. We can send it in a nice card with your personalized message. A fantastic gift for preggie woman and new mums.
Can I order if I live in USA
Yes we have sent items to USA please e-mail us and we will process your order for you.
What size shall I order?
At maternitydirect we have allowed for your expanding tummy and our sizings are fairly generous. Please go by your pre preggie size as below
Small – Pre preggie 10/12
Medium Pre preggie 14/16
Large Pre preggie 18/20
Xlarge Pre preggie 20+
The emma-jane nursing tank/bra and intimates are not as generous sizings so if you are unsure order the larger size. The approx bra size is on the nursing tops description.
